Bio

Folk musician Alyssa Rodriguez plays traditional and modern folk fiddle and nyckelharpa music. She is an expert in historical fiddle traditions from Ireland, America, and Scandinavia. and writes new music inspired by these traditions. Alyssa received a Fulbright grant award to study Nordic Folk Music and its applications to String Pedagogy as a Fulbright Finland Fellow 2021-2022.
